How to Submit Cash and Cheque
(Offline) Donations
The following are procedures to
submitting your cash and cheque donations (DO NOT MAIL):
- You must have all cash and cheque donations
recorded online.
How To
Record Online.
Print, complete, and sign the pledge form, which can
be emailed to you after logging in. The amount
recorded online, and the amount totalled on the pledge form must be
the same.
How to Receive a Pledge
Form.
Put the completed pledge form and the cash/cheques
(no coins, only bills will be accepted) into the brown envelope provided in
the package you receive in the mail. If you do not
receive a package in the mail, simply deposit into a secure envelope with
your team name, total amount raised, and total offline donations raised.
Hand the envelope to a Town of Markham customer
service representative at one of the following locations:
